Note that Daily Rates are based on a minimum 3 night stay and are subject to change. Rates do not include Maui taxes and a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee for a Studio unit is $175.00, and the cleaning fee for a 1 or 2 Bedroom and Penthouse unit is $200.00. No stays less than 3 nights allowed. Others rules and conditions apply. See terms below.

Calndar Period Rates are:

High Season:  December 20 - March 31

Mid-Season:   April 01 - 30 & November 01 - December 19

Low Season:  May 01 - June 30 & September 15 - October 31

Summer Sale:  July 1 - September 14

Special Discounts: 

10% Discount for 10 Nights or more (Not Available peak season nor 4th of July sale).
Discount for 21 Nights or more is 10% peak Season and 15% the rest of the year.
..... 21 Night discount can not be combined with any other discount.

Kama'aina* 15% Discount (Not available Peak nor 4th of July Sale).
*  Kama'aina includes Hawaii residents with State ID and rental program owner's family and friends (No ID required) If the Owner has notified Manager via an email before the booking.

Deposits, Cancellations, & Other Information 

Deposit of $800 due at time of booking

Deposit can be paid by check or credit card. Most major credit cards accepted. Check must be received within 10 days of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and charged to your credit card.

Cancellations or significant changes: 60 days or less prior to arrival the deposit is forfeited. 61 days or more one night's rental will be deducted from the deposit before balance is refunded. Significant change is solely defined by manager & subject to cancellation fee. 

Other Information: All charges are subject to taxes. Check-in is 3PM. Check out is 11AM. Requests for specific units are subject to booking needs & changes in availability and are therefore subject to change at any time.
